mtime to Assist our Customers during this time of Pandemic.

Not everyone has the option to practice self–isolation, and mtime is still here to assist our high needs customers.

Here in Australia, lockdowns are tightening and the coronavirus is about the only thing on anybody's mind. We are all worried about getting sick, or worse still, the possibility that upon catching the virus, it could be transmitted to family or friends. Many are worried about their businesses going under, losing their jobs and how they'll pay their bills.

Most of us have spent the week practicing social distancing and self-isolating – but there are many people who simply cannot. The elderly, people with disabilities, and those with chronic conditions have all of these same worries, but additionally worry about their specific situation as they are at much higher risk of complications resulting from the virus.

For many, complete isolation is impossible, and reducing the level of care they would normally receive just won't cut it.

mtime will continue to assist our high needs customers throughout this difficult time, and continue to provide the high level service that you expect and rightly deserve. We have implemented health and safety protocols for both our moncierges and customers to ensure there are standards met before each visit, including the compulsory completion of the Australian Government Department of Health COVID-19 infection control course by our moncierges

In a time where the world is forcing us to recognise that we need to look after each in a way we've never done before – mtime is here. Despite the uncertainty of the next few weeks and months, we've ensured we're ready to go with a group of fully vetted moncierges to still provide in home support for those who need it. We feel privileged to still be recognised as an essential service.

mtime is also offering a drop in sign up fees for this period to $79 with 50% refund if you decide not to continue after 2 trial sessions. Your moncierge is specifically matched with you, to suit your needs and household. If, for any reason, you'd like to request a different moncierge, we will find a replacement for free.

With all the anxiety and unease of this time, we want you to know that we're with you and will be at your call to assist with your housekeeping, errands, kitchen help and cooking, as well as other family specific tasks.

It's time for all of us to step back and reflect, to focus on the health and wellbeing of our loved ones, our communities and ourselves. Let's be kind and get though it together!
